Ash trees are being affected by lilac ash borers and aphids this time of year. Debbie explains what to look for and how and when they should be treated. Are you seeing signs of geranium budworms around your geraniums and petunias? Insecticides work well to get rid of these, however if you have hummingbirds and bees in your yard, Debbie has some safe alternatives to try.

Debbie reminds listeners about the importance of reading and following label instructions. Know the disease, know the life cycle of the insect and know the proper timing for effective use before you begin any treatment in your yard and garden.
